Today, let’s meet Ariel.
- Can you briefly introduce yourself?
Hello!! My name is Ariel (@ARlELCONROY) your average CBS ‘Ghosts‘, Crash, Trevor and Isaac enthusiast and artist, I run @DailyCrashGhost on Twitter!
- How have you discovered this series?
I discovered the series when I was told there was going to be an American adaptation of the original BBC version. Admittedly I was a bit sceptical of it at first, but after a clip of Trevor on Tiktok made me laugh I decided to give it a shot.
- How has this series impacted your life?
This series (as well as the original BBC version) has done so much for me in the past months it’s been around. Having gotten into the original BBC version back in July and then started the CBS version when it first premiered in October.
The cast and crew are all just so kind and feel like such a big family and I want to be part of that family, and because of how much they interact with their fans it does feel like I am also part of it. They all just make me so happy, even if I’ve been in a bad mood they’re always there to bring me back up.
- What is the character you relate the most to? And why ?
That’s a loaded question. I find myself related to Trevor, Isaac and Flower the most. They’re three of my favourite characters and I see a bit of me in all of them. Trevor with his feeling on loneliness and need to be with someone or just feel something after not being able to for so long (and his constant innuendos), Isaac for his flamboyancy, his tendency to not think before he speaks and also being pretty fed up with basically everyone and Flower because, even if most of what she does is due to the drugs she took before she died, her constant forgetfulness and being confused about what’s going on really hits home for me as I struggle a lot with my memory.
- Are you watching any other comedy series?
The only other Comedy series I’ve watched lately is the original BBC ‘Ghosts‘ which I adore with all my heart. Though another Comedy Drama series, though not airing anymore and very short, that I can recommend is ‘You, Me and the Apocalypse‘.
- Do you have a last word, anything else to share?
I can’t wait for Crash to return for some cameo appearances in Season 2 and I hope there will be plenty of behind the scenes when he appears. OH, also I love Trevor with all my heart <3
