Pete discovers a living that possesses the same episode named Kyle Rosenblat, and brings him back to Woodstone to meet Samantha. When he does this, it puts Samantha and Jay’s relationship to the test, as Bela hints that Samantha might be into him, getting Jay suspicious. Later on, Bela digs up an article about how Kyle committed the crime of breaking and entering into a family’s home. Jay goes up to Kyle and Samantha, who are talking in the kitchen, and shows Samantha the article about Kyle. Samantha confronts Jay on this, saying Kyle was the only person she knew that she could relate to because he had the same power as her. She then goes to find Kyle to apologize for Jay and Kyle explains to Samantha that he was going to retrieve a locket from a female ghost he encountered during his travels because she wanted to give it to her daughter on her deathbed, but the daughter was moving around the same time. He then explains he tried to talk his way in, but it didn’t work, so he broke in and stole it. During this heart-to-heart chat, Kyle leans in to kiss Samantha, but she facepalms him. Kyle then leaves afterwards, with Samantha going to apologize to Jay for her confronting him about Kyle.

Sasappis and Joan take their relationship further by getting ready to do intercourse, with Sasappis doing it for the first time. He takes advice from the other ghosts. When they are about to begin, Sasappis accidentally throws Joan through the exterior wall. Around the end of the episode, Sasappis walks into the living room full of anxious ghosts, and says they did it successfully.

And just to be clear, you’re not talking about the branch.” -Sasappis “Oh, Sass.” -Joan “You don’t get to be a 500-year-old virgin by picking up on clues, okay? I need things spelled out.” -Sasappis
